On April 21th, Khamis received the Grand Prix Albo D'Oro 2013. The prize is awarded by The International Academy Gentilizia Il Marzocco in Italy for the greatest art painters of present time. The ceremony took place in the famous Michelangelo Hall of Florence, Italy.
